Spike Says: Line Up Your Emergency Vet Now

7 01 2009

Before you find yourself in need of an emergency vet or animal hospital, take this opportunity to research the closest one to your home, as well as inquiring with your vet as to whom he or she recommends.  Having this information handy should you need it will save you essential time when it comes to emergency vet services for your pet.  Those extra minutes you would have spent searching could mean a major difference.

This is obligatory. I have emergency vets on my refridgerator and programmed into my phone. One of my dog’s is a little whacko and has spent a couple of nights in emergency having his stomach pumped. 😦

But I’m commenting because last night the “good” dog had to be rushed to emergency due to a (he’s nine and a half) spinal disk issue. (He’ll be okay, just painful) I was glad to have everything already mapped out. So Punk’s earlier trips to the emergency actually made Judge’s trip last night smoother.

You can see both their pics my site, if you’re interested.
